 Justin Desmond is a real estate agent, investor, entrepreneur, and the founder of a 501©3 Non-Profit Charity. With the core values of integrity, honesty, trustworthy, and transparency, he has used his life experiences to gain leadership skills as well as build several successful companies. As founder of Pluto Capital Investments, his goal is to provide investors and business associates with the utmost respect and transparency, while successfully growing all relationships personally, professionally, and financially. He works to improve the organization’s short and long term goals and methodology for the benefit of our investors. 

Emily has spent the last couple years studying real estate markets and finding the best locations that can offer our investors the most favorable returns on rehab projects. She is an experienced business woman with an extensive technology background, co-founder of a 501©3 Non-Profit, and is skilled at cultivating business relationships with internal and external partners. She prides herself on maintaining good communication, and continuing to expand her knowledge to stay up to date on the ever changing real estate markets. 

Sierra stands out as potentially one of the youngest individuals to have secured a work permit. From as early as the age of 5, her upbringing on television and movie sets exposed her to an environment demanding constant adaptation, keen observation, seamless teamwork, and a fast-paced dynamic. These experiences have shaped her into a multifaceted and diligent professional but also a creative troubleshooter, all while maintaining a composed, collected, and logical approach.

Complementing her adeptness as a forward-thinking individual are her academic accomplishments, including a B.A. in Economics from SDSU and her philosophy around a blend of dedication and enjoyment. With a perceptive eye on the evolving industry landscape, she has pinpointed her own distinctive niche within the realm of Real Estate advertising. Sierra developed and operates 'Sierra Schotts Tours' Luxury Real Estate YouTube Channel where she extends comprehensive property tours across the United States.

Some of Sierra's hobbies include free-diving, snowboarding, horseback riding, soccer, beach volleyball, and reading. 

James Lott is a seasoned real estate professional with experience in residential real estate sales, mortgages, recruitment, and team management. Throughout his career he has assisted an array of different types of clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate. He is passionate about financial literacy and putting families in the best position to accumulate generational wealth. James is involved in his local community by mentoring students at the local universities and sitting on the boards of organizations that advocate for affordable housing in Southern California. In his spare time, James enjoys playing all types of sports (mainly basketball and golf) and spending time with his loved ones and mini Australian shepherd/poodle mix named Onyx. 

 Josh Chopin is a real estate agent and investor serving the southern California community now for over five years. He is passionate about providing unmatched service and making his clients' real estate dreams a reality. After the '08 market crash, he witnessed personally how shady agents and business practices could financially devastate his family. Committed to making a change in the industry, he leads with the values of honesty, transparency, and placing his clients' needs above his own. In his spare time, Josh loves spending time with loved ones and practicing jiu jitsu.
